Completing this form ensures that we have a record of your lost item in our system and we can begin to look through our lost property for a possible match.
Whilst it is appreciated that we all lose or mislay items from time to time, the time and cost incurred in managing, storing & administering Lost Property at Alpine Travel is not inconsiderable.
We do not wish to make money out of anybodys misfortune or penalise the owners of lost property unduly, but we do want to see that our time & efforts are going to a good cause.
All reclaimed Lost Property will be liable to a Lost Property Levy of £2 per item, all of which will be donated to Action for Children who protect and support children and young people, providing practical and emotional care and support, ensuring their voices are heard, and campaigning to bring lasting improvements to their lives.
The process for recording & reclaiming Lost Property is in the first instance to complete the form below.
Once you have completed the form below we will look for your lost item. If your lost item is matched with an item that has been found we will contact you.
After verification of your identity, address and your claim to the item we can reunite you with your lost property.

Please note that lost property found on our vehicles will be kept for a minimum period of one month from being recorded and any perishable items will be disposed of immediately.
